I came in after my Nissan Rogue was totaled, I was shaky and didnt know what I could afford.. Took my 2015 nissan sentra in for a transmission fluid and strainer plus filter change with gasket. To be told nissan doesn't recommend a filter or strainer change when changing fluid. I was charged for 9 quarts . 9 quarts is fully flushing the transmission and changing the strainer and filter. Matter of fact typical 8 quarts. Now just changing the fluid is typically 4 to 5 quarts without a full flushing. Why would I be charged for 9 quarts and half done job?

Made an appointment for their "free" inspection since we purchased our car there. Got there 15 mins prior to appt at 11 am and was told it wouldn't be ready before 12...We had an APPOINTMENT?! I had no clue when I decided to ride by the dealership to see if the preowned SUVs I had been looking at online were still there, that my day would turn out so well. Showed up the morning of 12-11-17 with plans to purchase a new Nissan. I currently have a Titan, 350Z and a Maxima. Was greeted by a salesman on the lot who was dismissive, rude, and frankly, lied about the price range of trucks I was asking about. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Philip and Quincey sold a Nissan Sentra to a foreigner couple with limitation in English. After 72 hours of the purchase they decided to change the car for another model. Friendly staff with sense of humor. Uncomplicated no BS process leaves little to desire that needs to be improved. The chairs in the lobby are the most uncomfortable place to sit on or negotiate a car purchase, deals should be done on more comfy chairs and more private. They get a "Fair" on Price because they didn't look like they gave me the bottom line, car dealers never do 😉

The online price was 17,300.00 dollars but when we got there the price jumped over 21,000.00 dollars. Charles is an amazing salesman with much knowledge on the Rogue that I purchased and very helpful and sincere. Chris is also an amazing GM who will work until the best deal is made no matter how many times he is asked to try again!! Great experience was had with these two professionals.! I was very pleased and surprised at the level of professionalism combined with personal touches that constituted this encounter. Obviously, I purchased the vehicle.
